The Commission has established a working group (Distribution pricing administrative issues working group) to discuss a number of administrative issues on distribution pricing.  The Commission called for nominations for members to make up the working group.

The members of the Distribution pricing administrative issues working group are:

• Brett Butler (nominated by ENA)
• Rod Crone (nominated by the Retailers’ forum)
• Tracey Kaio (nominated by the Retailers’ forum)
• Merv Mitchell (nominated by the Retailers’ forum)
• Stephen Peterson (independent retailer)
• Anne Herrington (consumer representative)

Peter Smith, Senior Adviser Transmission, will be the Commission’s representative on the group.
