The Commission has established a Load Management project  to examine the issues surrounding load management. Phase two of the project involves investigating economic and commercial issues around load control, including value per application, assignment of load control, allocation of benefits and free rider issues. This phase will be managed by the Value/Price Working Panel (VPWP), a group that will report to the Board in consultation with the Retail Market Advisory Group (RMAG).
