Retail and Consumer Advisory Group (RCAG)

The role of the RCAG is to provide advice to the Commission (as and when requested by the Commission) on:

1. projects that aim to promote strong retail competition;
2. arrangements for the protection of consumers; and
3. relevant rules in the Electricity Governance Rules 2003 (Rules).
