Security Advisory Group 2004 - 2009 (disestablished)

The advisory group that provided advice to the Commission about how it may use reasonable endeavours to ensure security of supply in a one-in-60 dry year, without assuming a demand reduction from emergency campaigns, while minimising distortions to the normal operation of the electricity market.

In 2009 the Commission carried out a general review of its advisory groups. The review has now been completed, and the Commission has established a new Security Advisory Group.

The members of the Security Advisory Group were:
