The advisory group that:

• considers and develops rule change proposals affecting part G (trading, pricing, dispatch, wholesale reconciliation) and part H (settlement and security rules) of the rulebook as determined by the workplan
• provides comment as necessary to advisory groups whose work impacts on the operation of the wholesale market.
