Work priorities and appropriations consultation for 2009/10 [Closing date: 2009/01/26 17:00:00 GMT+13]

The Electricity Commission has released its draft proposal for its appropriations for the 2009/10 year in accordance with section 172ZCA(1) of the Electricity Act 1992 (Act).

Submissions close on 26 January 2009.

The purpose of the paper is to seek input on the Electricity Commission’s proposed:

1. work priorities for 2009/10; and
2. appropriations for 2009/10 (as required by section 172ZCA of the Electricity Act 1992 (the Act). 
   

The Commission does not require a specific format to be followed for submissions.  However, an optional template for responses has been provided with this consultation paper.  You may wish to use the template, which is designed to assist the Commission with assessment of the submissions in response to this consultation.
