Consultation on the Use of Distributor Pricing Category Codes in the Registry [Closing date: 2008/08/01 17:00:00 GMT+12]

The Electricity Commission invites submissions on the consultation document "Use of Distributor Pricing Category Codes in the Registry”.

This information paper has been prepared by the Commission for the purpose of assisting participants and others in interpreting and determining how participants might comply with the rules regarding the provision and use of the distributor pricing category code on the registry for the identification of distributor line charges associated with each installation control point.

The Electricity Commission invites submissions on the proposals by 5.00 pm on 1 August 2008

The preference is to receive submissions in electronic form (Microsoft Word format or pdf) with “Use of Distributor Pricing Category Codes in the Registry” in the subject header to submissions@electricitycommission.govt.nz. If submitters do not wish to send their submission electronically, they should post it in hard copy form to:

The Commission will acknowledge receipt of all submissions electronically. Please contact Maree McGregor if you do not receive electronic acknowledgement of your submission within two business days.

Your submission is likely to be made available to the general public on the Commission’s website. Submitters should indicate any documents attached, in support of the submission, in a covering letter and clearly indicate any information that is provided to the Commission on a confidential basis. All information provided to the Commission is subject to the Official Information Act 1982.
