Market Administrator report [Closing date: 2007/11/02 17:00:00 GMT+13]

The Commission has recently reviewed the reporting requirements under the Electricity Governance Rules 2003 (Rules). The Commission is proposing minor rule changes which would amend the contents, timeliness and method of publication of the market administrator report.

The Commission invites submissions on the proposals by 5pm on Friday 2 November 2007.

The Commission’s preference is to receive submissions in electronic format (Microsoft Word). The electronic version should be emailed with “Submission - Market Administrator report” in the subject header to info@electricitycommission.govt.nz.

If you wish to submit a hard copy of the submission, it should be posted to the address below.
