Transmission pricing methodology guidelines issues paper [Closing date: 2004/11/05]
Under Section IV of Part F, the Commission is required to publish the process for the development of the transmission pricing methodology and to publish any guidelines that Transpower must follow in developing the transmission pricing methodology.
Attached is the Commission’s issues paper on the transmission pricing methodology process and guidelines, as required by Rule 4 of Section IV of Part F.
Submissions on the transmission pricing methodology process and guidelines must be received by the submission expiry date of 5pm on Friday 5 November 2004.
Please note that because of the statutory timing obligations of the Commission, submissions received after this date may not be able to be considered.
The Commission’s preference is to receive submissions in electronic form (Microsoft Word format and pdf) and to receive one hard copy of the electronic version.
The electronic version should be emailed with the phrase “Submission on pricing methodology guidelines” in the subject header to: info@electricitycommission.govt.nz, and the hard copy of the submission should be posted to the address below.

The Commission will acknowledge receipt of all submissions electronically. Please contact Jenny Walton if you have not received an acknowledgement of your submission within two business days.

Submitters should indicate any documents attached in support of the submission in a covering letter, and indicate clearly any confidential information provided to the Commission. All information provided to the Commission is subject to the Official Information Act 1982.
