Allocation of Under-frequency Event Charge Rebates [Closing date: 2007/06/08 17:00:00 GMT+12]

The Commission is considering an amendment to Rule 11.5.3 of section IV of Part C of the Electricity Governance Rules 2003 (Rules). The proposed changes would provide clarity and adherence to current practice. The purpose of this paper is to consult with persons that the Commission thinks are representative of the interests of persons likely to be substantially affected by the proposed rule change under section 172E(2)(b)(ii).
The Commission invites submissions on the proposal by 5pm on 8 June 2007. Submissions received after this date may not be considered.
The Commission’s preference is to receive submissions in electronic format (Microsoft Word). The electronic version should be emailed with “Rule Change #104 – Allocation of Under-frequency Event Charge Rebates” in the subject header to info@electricitycommission.govt.nz.
