The Commission is requesting proposals for the design and implementation of regional or national electricity efficiency programmes in the commercial sector.  Four programmes of measures are described in the RFP.  These are:

• Programme 1:    Cooling options for food stores
• Programme 2:    Optimising existing systems and equipment in commercial sector buildings
• Programme 3:    Heat, Ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) measures in commercial sector buildings
• Programme 4: Alternative proposals
