Gas for electricity generation: availability and price forecast
In April 2009, the Commission published a report presenting its revised gas availability and price forecast. This information is one of the set of assumptions used in the Commission’s Generation Expansion Model.
In August 2009, the Commission updated its forecast using MED’s latest gas reserve (Energy Data File, July 2009). The results are summarized in the presentation below.
