Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Commerce Commission and Electricity Commission
The Commerce Commission and the Electricity Commission signed an amended Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 13 November 2008. The amended MOU incorporates two detailed operational protocols addressing the matters set out in the May 2008 Government Policy Statement on Electricity Governance.
Memorandum of Understanding between the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) and Electricity Commission
On 18 November 2008, EECA and the Commission signed an updated memorandum of understanding detailing working principles and arrangements between the parties and includes reference to the matters set out in the May 2008 Government Policy Statement on Electricity Governance. This MoU updates the earlier one signed between the parties in August 2005.
