Transpower's 20 October 2006 proposal

On 20 October 2006, Transpower New Zealand Limited submitted an amendment to the North Island Grid Upgrade Project that was submitted to the Electricity Commission as part of a Grid Upgrade Plan in September 2005.
Although not forming part of its actual 20 October 2006 proposal, Transpower has also produced a short overview of its application.

Between 20 October 2006 and 31 January 2007, the Commission requested that Transpower provide further information about its Proposal.
