Transpower submitted a new grid upgrade plan to the Electricity Commission on 11 September 2009 (2009 GUP).  The 2009 GUP contains, among other things:

• A comprehensive plan for asset management and operation of the grid;
• Information on investment contracts; and four investment proposals.
