EGR Committee noted that there is considerable learning value in some cases where they relate to breach issues common to several participants or a class of participants.
To utilise this learning value that may be of assistance to other market participants to avoid similar breaches, Market Governance was asked to prepare and publicise case studies.
The intention is to publish, where possible, the full circumstances of these breaches. This will only be done with the consent of the parties concerned. In cases where the consent is not given, the case study will not include any information identifying the breaching party.
