Recommendations to Minister

Under s172E(2)(c) of the Electricity Act 1992, no later than 10 working days after making a recommendation, the Commission must publicise the recommendation and the assessment completed under s172F.

The recommendations are available below and notice of the documents are also published in the Gazette.
